Items will be shipped asap.
In general 1 day after you place your order. During tour-dates we cannot promise a fixed or maximum time period for handling your order. It depends on when we are back from the tour.

Please be patient for the delivery. The item(s) will be shipped out from Switzerland, if you are living on the other side of the planet, it might take up to 3-4 weeks to be delivered to your home.

Return Policy

We do not refund returned music.
Our CDs are not copy-protected, so we cannot take them back and refund them, because we do not know if you have saved them digitally.

We are very carefully with packing up our music and merchandise for shippment. In general every CD is wrapped in bubble wrap or similar wrapping to protect it from getting any damage.

If an item has being received damanged, please contact us first before taking any further steps.

If your shirt does not fit or was delivered in a wrong size or color. Please contact us first before returning it. Do not wash, iron or wear shirts that are supposed to be returned. Please try the shirt on immediatly upon receiving it. We only accept unweared, unwashed and well packed clothing within 5 days after you have received it. In any case, contact us first.

All costs for shipments of returning good back to us are paid by the customer.
